We will cover all the stages: peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause. So it does not matter what stage of menopause you are, this program is very helpful to everyone.

Zoom option: The best part of online coaching is the flexibility of having access to zoom recordings for up to 2 months if you miss the live session.
