One-on-One Attention
I will see ONLY one patient at a time. You will receive direct care from me (your Physical therapist) during the entire session without any techs or aids involved. When I will be with you, I will not have any other patients on my schedule so you will have my undivided attention.
Manual Therapy
I use various techniques like myofascial release, Graston, Joint mobilization, cupping, soft tissue mobilization and several other techniques to help you maximize effectiveness and performance.

You will receive wellness coaching on lifestyle medicine practices for free without any extra cost to you.
