This 2-month health coaching program allows us to use an integrative approach to help you reduce weight, manage diabetes better, reduce inflammation and more by focusing on these 4 areas: physical fitness, sleep, stress and gut-health. Medical therapeutic yoga will help you avoid injuries and strains. Specific instructions on various health conditions will help you to progress your practice while ensuring your safety. We will go over prebiotics, probiotics, anti-inflammatory diet and much more through plant-based recommendations to improve your gut health. We will dive into practices to reduce overall stress and to improve your sleep hygiene. You will have access to an online video library of medical therapeutic yoga. This program is heavily focused on circadian rhythm and lifestyle medicine concepts to help you make sustainable changes for life.
